Terms And Conditions
- Trade partnerships

- Prices and Payment
- The Price of our products are written on the Website. All our price are in Great British Pounds Sterling and includes taxes. Your order will only be delivered once we receive the payment in our account.
- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, taxes/duty changes, we shall have the right to cancel/refuse any orders listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will notify you via an email regarding this.
We accept all major credit/debit cards including MasterCard, Visa and Paypal. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number (if providing landline no. please include the area code) – the address and phone number should be same as it is with your bank for debit and credit card or same as your Paypal account(if making payments via Paypal). Any Incorrect information will cause a delay or may result in cancellation of your order. Your order will only be processed once we receive the payment.
We also accept cheques, please contact us at contact@coppersmithcreations.co.uk for making payments by cheques and your order will only be delivered once we receive the payment in our account.
Delivery Terms
If your delivery address is outside UK then we will not be charging you the VAT and you will be responsible for any VAT/duty or any other tax in your country. You will however be charged for the postage & packing.
- Delivery Charges
- All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated, and will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.
Sometimes we offer free delivery to U.K. excluding the highlands and more remote areas. - Delivery to UK mainland addresses is calculated based on the postcode, weight and type of item being shipped.
- Once you have selected the required items into your basket you can obtain an accurate quote by entering your address in the shopping cart calculator.
Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Customers living in the remote areas should expect their delivery time to be extended by 3- 4 days.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO addresses may be possible but will incur additional delivery charges but these are either displayed in the quote or will be notified to you in an email and product will be delivered only after receiving confirmation email from you. If your postcode, area or country is not listed or not able to be quoted then please write to us at contact@coppersmithcreations.co.uk for advice and shipping prices. - If we are unable to deliver the goods due to the unavailability of the delivery service in your area we will contact you via email or phone to discuss further options or if additional delivery charges to our standard rates are required we will inform you via email or phone to discuss further options.
- Delivery Schedule
- We will try our best to despatch and deliver your product as early as possible but Delivery times for some products can vary. We will contact you regarding your delivery to confirm a date. It can take up to 5-7 working days to deliver your product if it’s in stock and 8 weeks to 15 weeks if it’s not in stock depending on the product. So it is best that you first inquire about the product before placing your order. In no circumstances shall we be liable for any delay in delivery or loss arising from it, however caused. Time shall not be of the essence of the contract.
We will not be liable to pay any compensation for the delay as we have to depend on several third party providers like customs & shipping lines to get these products here in the UK. An unforseen delay at the end of any of these third party providers can cause delay. We shall however try our best to keep you posted about any delays via email communications.
Most of the time when there is any delay we provide you with alternate products which are in stock and available for immediate delivery in case you would like to change your order to something similar we have in stock for an early delivery.
- Goods can only be delivered to the customer’s delivery address (they cannot be left with a neighbour or anywhere other than the delivery address given at the time of purchase) and must be checked and signed for. The Carrier may also ask to see identification before leaving the goods, (to protect us from any type Credit Card fraud).
Standard Pallet Delivery for bathtubs/bigger items is a road side one man service, and assistance may be required from the customer. When goods are offered for delivery by us, our obligation is limited to delivery as near to the site as safe hard road and vehicle size permits within the law. You are responsible for providing, free of charge, the labour required to unload and stack your goods. we advise you to arrange 2 able men for bathtubs and other heavy products. Our delivery drivers and any other accompanying person(if any) are not authorised to enter your premises. We strongly recommend you do not book any installers until the goods have been received by you. We will not be liable for costs you incur due to non-delivery/ late delivery of goods or your engagement of fitters and traders.
Note: – If you fail to accept delivery of goods on the date of delivery or fail to give us sufficient / specific delivery instructions for any reason for the date agreed for delivery, then we reserve the right to charge you delivery charges paid by us to our delivery company even if we have offered you free delivery.
Warranty/ Guarantee
All our products come with a 1-year constructional warranty. The one-year warranty does not cover the finish, as it depends on how you care for the bath. The warranty is limited to construction and covers any leakage in the bath.
If you damage such as dent it or scratch the bathtub while installing or during taking it inside the building etc. it will not be considered a manufacturing or construction defect so that’s why you have to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the bathtub if you notice any damage. If any damage is not reported within 24 hours of receipt of the item, then we will assume that you are happy with the product and in that case, manufacturing or construction defect warranty is only limited to leakage in the case of bathtub or sink.
We will not be responsible for any change in color or any other damage due to any negligence while installing/using or cleaning the product.
Furthermore, if you drill an overflow hole (exception for bath with nickel plating), the warranty will still hold as long as there is no damage to the bath. However in case there is any damage to the finish of the bath or any other damage then the warranty will no longer be applicable.
We recommend buyers to avoid any drilling in the bathtubs that have nickel plating as there are chances of developing cracks in the nickel finish which would affect the appearance of the bath.
Warranty is only limited to bathtubs. The bathtub pop-up waste is not covered in the warranty. The rivets on the bathtub’s branding plaque are not covered in warranty/guarantee.
- Returns and Refunds
- We recommend that all goods are checked and inform us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure that we have adequate time to replace anything that is not satisfactory or incorrect. It is important to notify us within 24 hours as we always get extra insurance when delivering bathtubs so in that case if there is any damage in transit we will be in a position to discuss that with our delivery insurance provider. In case we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of receiving the item, we will assume that you have received the item in perfect condition and you are happy with it. Please do inform us in writing with photographs in case the product is faulty which is very unlikely to replace it with the new product at contact@coppersmithcreations.co.uk. You have 30 days to inspect the goods for any faults or damage for returns and refunds from the day of the delivery.
- We will not be responsible for any change/ damage in coating/ playing of the bath/ sink if it’s not reported to us when you receive the bath as this can be affected by how to use or clean the product and can be damaged if not used properly or stored properly.
- The customer will pay the charges in case of a return where the product is not faulty and not incorrect including any return collection charges+ delivery charges even if the product is offered with free delivery (Please look at our delivery charges) or you can arrange a return by your chosen courier with appropriate insurance at your cost and the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
- The product should be returned with original invoice.
- The items must be returned unused, well packed and in re-sellable original condition, including the original retail packaging. Please pack the bath which you have with you in all original packing including bottom polystyrene and top polystyrene. Please ensure it’s all intact; if not, please join it with strong tape. Also the bath cover and full wooden box and wooden sticks as well. If the packaging is damaged and not usable again a fair amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note that we will not uninstall the bath if you have already installed it as we do not offer installation/uninstallation service. So you will have yourself get it uninstalled and keep it secure and dry and packed in original packaging in front of your property ready for collection.
- If you buy a shiny finish copper or brass bath then it will start turning into darker colour with time . Some people like it when it gets aged and darker but if you want to keep the bath shiny then you have to use a polish every few months.
We will not be able to exchange or return any bath due to this reason as maintenance is not part of our sale . These are easy maintenance as long as you keep them dry after use and polish the shiny bath regularly if you want to keep the shiny finish
- You should notify us within 30 days of delivery if your goods are damaged/ incorrect, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.
- Once the item has been installed/fitted/attempted to be fitted it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace the goods as “damaged in transit” or “faulty” or accept returns.
- Customised, made to order or bespoke products orders cannot be cancelled as these products are exempt from the right to cancel under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000.
- We will not be able to cancel any bespoke size/colour/style bath or sink 48 hours after placing the order . Sometimes these products get delayed due to the bespoke specifications but we will update you the progress through email.
- If you are not happy with the shape/size/color/finish of the bath delivered to you, then please do not plumb it and use the bath. Instead, keep it unused and pack it back in the original packaging as it is as it was received. In case you have plumbed or used the bath, then we will not accept any returns.
- If we are unable to deliver the goods due to the unavailability of the delivery service in your area we will contact you via email or phone to discuss further options or if additional delivery charges to our standard rates are required we will inform you via email or phone to discuss further options.
- If you buy some item from us that are listed with reduced price due to some minor imperfections, the products would not be returnable on the grounds of those imperfections as we assume you have read through the product description thoroughly and are willing to buy that product at a lower price but with some minor imperfection.
- If you accept a part refund for any damages or defective product then it voids the warranty/ guarantee for any replacement of the product or any further compensation of any sort as you are buying/ accepting the product as it is.
- Brass & Copper products change colour in time and with interaction with different substances that might contain chemicals such as bleach.
- We are not responsible and it will not be covered in warranty if there is any damage to the nickel plating as sometimes it can be damaged if you use anything abrasive or very strong chemical such as bleach.
- Baths are suitable for outside use but the customer needs to make sure that nothing is left in this once not in use including leaves, soaps, water, etc. Make sure bath is dried after use using a soft cotton fabric( nothing abrasive ).

If your bathtub or sink change in colour over time or with the use of strong chemical substance, it can’t be refunded.
If you are collecting your bath and have checked it at the time of collection, we will not be responsible for any damage in transit.
In case there is any manufacturing defect in your bath and you have requested for a replacement then the product will be replaced with the same bath specification as the original product.
- Finish & Colour
- The finish or the colour of the baths & sinks can vary with what is shown in the photographs on website as it can be affected by lighting conditions while taking the photographs.
- Bespoke made items can’t be returned .
- If you are just returning the item on the basis that it’s not according to your choice or liking you will be liable to pay the return charges and delivery charges will also be deducted from the amount paid even if it’s offered with free delivery.
Cancellation of an Order
- Orders can be cancelled by emailing at contact@coppersmithcreations.co.uk. within 48 hours after placing the order. We will respond to your request by email and confirm that your order has been cancelled or has already been despatched. If you do not receive an email from us, then your order has not been cancelled and already been dispatched.
Orders that are cancelled after despatch by us are subject to any return collection charges+ delivery charges even if the product is offered with free delivery (Please look at our delivery charges) or you can arrange a return by your chosen courier with appropriate insurance at your cost and the delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. The product should be returned with original invoice.
- Extent of Liability
- We are not liable to you or any third parties for any loss or damage which may occur as a result of any breach of this contract. In any event, the liability held by us as a cause of our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the goods. We are not held liable for any damage that may occur through the use of our website and we make every effort to ensure that this website is safe for all users to utilise.
- We will not be liable for any legal fee or costs incurred by you( the customer) unless we are notified in advance that you are going to take a legal action and discussed about a solution to the problem over our email contact@coppersmithcreations.co.uk
In any case the reimbursement will not be more than your purchase value of the item which was bought by you from us.
- Proper law
- Every contract to which these conditions apply shall be construed and operate as an English contract and in accordance with English Law. All disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court in England.
Note:
We will not be liable for any damages/charges etc. if there is delay in delivery of any product or if any order is cancelled due to any reason and you had already boooked a plumbing service etc. We hence recommend our customers to book the plumber/ fitter/designer or do any other preperations for installation only after your order has arrived.
We will not be responsible for any expenses/penalties if there is any delay in the delivery of bath/sink to you.
